At Allure LuxeHair, all sales are final due to hygiene and sanitary reasons.
Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery if the hair is:
• Unused
• Unwashed
• Uninstalled
• In original packaging with tags and ties intact
Hair that has been worn, brushed, cut, colored, or altered in any way cannot be returned or refunded.
If you receive the wrong or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
